Premiered in 2007, OMovies is the International Festival of homosexual, transgender and questioning cinema promoted by the non-profit association I-Ken, which aims to overcome the preconceptions towards homosexual and transsexual people.
This year the festival will host, through the partnership established between the I-LanD Research Centre and I-Ken, the artistic residency related to the SIAE call “Per Chi Crea” and, more specifically, the project Idee Cinematografiche Differenti, an artistic residency that will host 6 authors/writers under 35 to develop original film subjects capable of investigating the concept of diversity.
